      I had ordered personalized matches that arrived today. I ordered them with mocha colored font and they arrived with black font. Normally I wouldn't be so picky, but I am using these for a surprise party for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and I wanted them to match the the matchbooks that they had as favors for their wedding. I called customer service, he pulled up the preview design, saw how I had ordered it and somehow saw how they were made. He apologized and said that they will send me another batch right away! I hope they turn out perfect this time, but either way, great customer service!!
