Inform guests of the celebration party by including a separate reception card indicating the time and location of reception, dinner, dance and other events. Reception cards are sent with the invitation or announcement and do not require separate envelopes.

Beauty in Blue - Response Card and Envelope

Guests return the respond card received in their invitation 2-4 weeks prior to your event in order to provide you with an accurate guest count and meal preferences. Respond cards include printed envelopes with your address. Be sure to place a stamp on each envelope for guests' convenience.

Beauty in Blue - Response Postcard

Respond postcards are an attractive yet economical choice for completing your wedding stationery ensemble. Postcards are easy to send, and the lower postage rate saves you money on stamps (always pre-stamp respond cards for guests' convenience.) Guests should return respond cards 2-4 weeks prior to your event to provide you with an accurate guest count and meal preferences. Envelopes not needed.
