Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

2. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this giveaway, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all giveaway rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the giveaway. Participation in this giveaway constitutes participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Invitations by Dawn, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Ann’s Bridal Bargains”), its parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Ann’s Bridal Bargains and its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; and (e) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.

3. ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees, agents, independent dealers and affiliates of Ann’s Bridal Bargains and its agents, affiliates and immediate family members of all such persons, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway. Ann’s Bridal Bargains reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this giveaway at any time for any reason. Ann’s Bridal Bargains further reserves the right to amend these giveaway rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Ann’s Bridal Bargains reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, copyright infringement or infringement of the rights of a third-party.

4. TO ENTER. This giveaway will run on or about February, 16th, 2021 through March 2nd, 2021. To enter this giveaway, participants are asked to: (i) navigate to the Ann’s Bridal Bargains webpage at www.annsbridalbargains.com (the “Website”); and (ii) complete the entry form in its entirety and submit entry (“Eligible Entries”) to be eligible to win. Each participant may have only one entry and by submitting an entry participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Persons submitting incomplete entries or entries under false pretenses will be disqualified. Duplicate entries from the same email address/person/household will be automatically eliminated without notice to the participant. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Ann’s Bridal Bargains is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Ann’s Bridal Bargains is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail sent by participant or Ann’s Bridal Bargains.

   By entering, participant agrees that Ann’s Bridal Bargains may publish participant’s name and entry on Ann’s Bridal Bargains website, or in such other media or formats as Ann’s Bridal Bargains may elect without any compensation. By entering, participant also agrees to confirm any of the above in writing upon request by Ann’s Bridal Bargains.

5. PRIZES. There will be one (1) grand prize winner randomly selected out of all Eligible Entries on or about the week of February 1st, 2021. The grand prize winner will receive a six hundred dollar ($600) merchandise credit towards the purchase of wedding stationery products on Ann’s Bridal Bargain’s website. Merchandise credit awarded must be spent on personalized wedding stationery and includes the following categories – wedding invitations, save the dates, change the dates, reception cards, response cards, thank you cards, wedding-related party invitations, programs, envelope seals and napkins.

   The retail value of the grand prize is $600.00 and odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. For example, if Ann’s Bridal Bargains receives 1,000 Eligible Entries, your chances of winning will be 1 in 1,000.

   The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs and expenses not listed above. All decisions of Ann’s Bridal Bargains in this giveaway are final, binding and non-negotiable. No prize may be transferred or substituted for its cash value, including no cash value refunded for orders completed that do not utilize the entirety of a merchandise credit. Any merchandise credit cannot be applied to outstanding fees previously owed to Ann’s Bridal Bargains nor combined with any other promotions. Any amount of products ordered over the merchandise credit amount will be charged at their current market value.

6. IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. Ann’s Bridal Bargains will notify the potential winner selected by telephone and/or email address at the information on file for the winner on or about the week of March 3rd, 2021. If Ann’s Bridal Bargains is unable to make contact with the winner within seven (7) days after selecting the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner forfeits the prize. To accept and receive the prize, the winner must: a) sign and return to Ann’s Bridal Bargains a copy of these Official Rules; b) sign a form provided by Ann’s Bridal Bargains releasing Ann’s Bridal Bargains from all claims; and c) execute any other documents specified by Ann’s Bridal Bargains in their sole discretion by the deadlines specified.

   The winner’s name may be posted at http://www.annsbridalbargains.com as well as the Ann’s Bridal Bargains’ blogs, Instagram and Facebook pages.

8. MISCELLANEOUS. By entering this giveaway, participants consent to Ann’s Bridal Bargain’s use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW Ann’s Bridal Bargain’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.annsbridalbargains.com By entering this giveaway, participant authorizes Ann’s Bridal Bargains to contact participant for commercial purposes via fax, telephone, or e-mail address listed on the participant’s entry form. There will be no use of participants name or other personal information for future commercial purposes except as in accordance with Ann’s Bridal Bargain’s privacy policy. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
