Fold wrong & they don’t respond to email

I ordered my invitations twice because I wanted to change something I put on them the first time around and I knew it would be too late to cancel the first order. I sent two different emails within a week to ask questions through the contact us page and they never responded (I checked junk mail also, and nothing.) Got my first order, folded them and thought, well they are a little smaller than I thought but it works. Then I received my second order, which I had put less information on and they had extra folds and fold up extra tiny! It was the weirdest thing! I was like what is this? Like oragami. It’s not even mailable because it folds into a square the size of a post it note! I ended up taking a loss on those and sent out my original order which I had something on it that I wanted to change but what can I do that this point? Also, I was talking to someone about my wedding and how much something was going to cost and they said “well at least you didn’t spend much on your invitations.” I never even told them how much they cost, they just knew they were cheap. Oh well, nothing I can do now.

We set up an email address and gave our cell phone for people to RSVP to keep it simple. Saved money on stamps without the RSVP cards, which is perfect when you're on a pretty limited wedding budget!
