They fixed it

Our first invitation had an error on them and when I called, they were wanting to charge me to fix them due to not knowing who?s error it was when I called them back and spoke to another representative and asked them why they were not spellcheck. She stated that they would fix them free of charge. they were resent and this company did everything and went out of their way to make it right. We are very pleased with our order. They are great. Save the dates and we will definitely be ordering our invitations and RSVPs from this company. Thank you so much for making this right definitely five stars

Typo / they made it right

These came with a typo on them . We double and tripled checked the spelling before we ordered.. When i I called to inform them of the typo . I was told that there would be another charge cause couldn?t prove if it was our error or thiers. But it does go to show that if they are not proof reading and if they do and they see a very odd word they don?t call to see if it?s correct. Very disappointing. We were going to order our invitation from here to but no longer will. After calling back and speaking with a different representative, she resent them out and fixed the typo. We’re very happy with our order and will definitely re-order and appreciate the company so much for making it right.
