I made a mistake and they replaced them

I made a mistake on my wedding invitations and they replaced them. The customer service representative said I would have to pay the same amount as the ones I messed up well I replied to him thank you I?ll just have to use the ones I messed up because I?m low on money from wedding expenses..He called back saying he felt so bad he went to his manager and explained what happened and he got them redone the correct way free of charge he said he don?t want no customer to ever be unhappy..thank you so much and I will forever use and recommend this company ??
