Petite Blooms - Aegean - Invitation with Free Response Postcard
I ordered these invitations over a month ago now and it was one issue after another. Personalizing the invites was not user friendly whatsoever. I simply wanted to add a QR code that i made to the info card but unfortunately Ann’s Bridal bargains does not have the option of letting you add it on your own. You have to email it to someone, pay for a “proof” and then accept the proof after it’s been reviewed. Nowhere on the website did it explicitly state that you would be charged extra to add a “picture” aka the QR code that I made. After I got my proof back, somehow my name ended up looking odd on the proof. I submitted the changes and after contacting customer service everyday, they finally made the correct changes. After finally receiving my invitations in the mail after all the hassle, i realized after opening my box that they sent the WRONG number of envelopes! They sent 30 envelopes for my 50 invites! I of course contacted customer service right away and they said they would send me additional envelopes. Great, right? Except they sent me additional WRONG SIZED envelopes that were too small for my invitations. After a week of waiting, I finally received the correct number of envelopes. All this hassle and stress, and my invitations were sent out a week later than I planned. Over a month of back and forth of issues, i DO NOT recommend ann’s bridal bargains at all. The invitations turned out nice but I would’ve paid just a little bit more money somewhere else to avoid all the issues. It was a horrible experience and probably one of the most worst parts for me so far in wedding planning. I will say that their customer service was great, through chatting and through calling.
