Photo turned out to be darker than expected

It's a nice little photo thank you card. My fiance and I went with the basic matte option. I am taking one star off as the picture turned out to be a little grainy. The paper quality is good; however, I am taking off 2 more stars because the photo printed on the thank you card was darker than expected (as in the mock-up we saw on computer screen). The only good thing is that the coral-color 'Thank You' words really stand out due to the dark photo background. I would recommend anyone who wants to order photo cards to check their picture on their phone with the screen set to the dimmest setting. If you still can see your faces and are still happy with the look of the picture, then it may turn out okay on the photo cards.
