I love the invitations, they are definitely different than any other wedding invites I've ever received. I also ordered the rsvp card and the return envelope. You basically put the rsvp and envelope inside the invite which folds up into a square. The only negative is that it cost more to ship than a regular invitation, 70 cents compared to 49 cents. But that's ok, I'm hand delivering most of them. Plus the invites were so affordable that the extra postage cost didn't break the bank. The service was great while trying to order the invites. However after was a different story. I noticed a mistake on the rsvp envelope once I received it and I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The person I spoke to was rude and stated that I approved the final copy and there was nothing she could do. I did approve it; however, the font looked so small on the screen that what I thought was a 6, was actually a 5. The address was listed correct everywhere else but the rsvp return envelopes. This was the only person that was short and rude that I dealt with, so I won't assume the whole company works like her; however, it definitely left me with a 'now that it's ordered, we're done with you' feeling.
