Sent my guestbook with the wrong informaton

I ordered invitations and a guest book and received the wrong information on both products, I called before I got my guest book in the mail and a reprint was offered for the invitations, however I didn't get the guestbook until later that day, and realized it was wrong also. I called to alert the company of the mistake and they advised me I would need to pay again for the guestbook because they are already reprinting my invites. I spent $220 and the whole experience has been awful, especially since they want me to pay for something that I already paid for and got the wrong product.
