Do not count on them for timely orders

I recently had a horrible experience with my wedding venue canceling on me. With that being said, I had to hurry and order new invitations. I originally tried to order a week ago and request 3 day priority and needed to confirm a couple things. At this time, the order would have been here on 1/5/26. I ended up ordering them the next day with 3 day priority and it then changed to 1/8/26 - how does 1 day change the delivery by 3 days? The worst part, these were supposed to be sent out on 1/2 and it is now end of day 1/5 and nothing has shipped yet. These are timely and delicate situations and they choose to not care.
