How can I remove the brand logo from my product?
Can I Remove the brand Logo From My Order?
Yes, the brand logo can be removed from most products. If you prefer your cards to arrive without our branded imprint, we’re happy to help.
You can request logo removal in two ways:
Option 1: Contact Customer Service
Our team can remove the logo for you before your order goes into production. Simply reach out and let us know which product you’re ordering and that you’d like the logo removed.
Option 2: Add a Special Instruction During Checkout
If you’re placing your order online, you can request logo removal directly in the ordering process.
After you click Add to Cart, you’ll see an order summary panel on the right side of the screen. Inside this panel is a section labeled Special Order Instructions (Optional).
Where to Find It
After adding your card to the cart, look to the right side of the page. You’ll see a text box titled Special Order Instructions (Optional).
This is where you can type:
“Please remove the CardsDirect logo from my order.”
This note is sent directly to our production team, and they will remove the logo before printing.
