How to Change Background Colors and Color Blocks
Some products include editable color areas such as background panels, shape fills, or color blocks. Product Editor can show these as clickable color hotspots directly on the design.
How to change a supported background or color block
- Select the editable color hotspot on the design.
- Open the available color choices.
- Select the new color you want to apply.
- Review the result on every related view before continuing.
What to expect
- Not every product supports editable color blocks.
- Some products limit the choices to approved product colors.
- After a color is applied, the area may show differently in preview than it did before selection.
Helpful tip
If your design already uses several strong colors, change one editable area at a time and review the balance before making more updates.
