What if my image appears fuzzy or pixelated on the preview?

The preview you see in our editor generally shows how your product will print. However, here’s what you need to know:

Why images can look fuzzy in the editor:

  • The editor preview uses a lower resolution version so it loads quickly in your browser.
  • We print using a much higher resolution (300 dpi) for sharp, clear results.
  • If your image looks blurry or pixelated, it usually means the uploaded file is low-resolution or has been enlarged too much.

Our system will display a warning if an image’s resolution is too low, but we still recommend you carefully review everything before ordering.

Best way to check image quality:

Request a Digital Proof

    • After clicking Add to Cart, use the Special Instructions box to request: “Please send a digital proof for approval.”
    • We will email you the high-resolution proof before printing.

Tips for sharp images:

  • Use high-resolution photos (300 dpi or higher)
  • Avoid enlarging small images too much
  • Do not use screenshots or low-quality web images

This helps ensure your final product looks crisp and professional.
