What is the minimum or maximum quantity of a product I can order?
Minimum and maximum order quantities vary by product. Some items can be ordered as low as 1, while others must be ordered in preset increments such as 5, 8, 10, 25, 50, 100, or more. These limits depend on how the product is manufactured and packaged.
What affects quantity limits?
Several factors determine how many of a product you can order:
- Product type (cards, invitations, stationery, accessories, etc.)
- Manufacturing process (digital press vs. converted)
- Special finishes or upgrades (foil, embossing, specialty inks)
- Packaging requirements (boxed sets, pre‑converted items, envelope matching)
How to check the exact quantities available
You can see the available quantities for any product directly on its product page:
- Go to the product detail page.
- Locate the Quantity dropdown menu.
- Review the options shown.
You will see:
- The minimum quantity you can order
- The available increments (e.g., 10, 25, 50…)
- The price for each quantity tier
- The maximum quantity allowed (if one applies)
Tip: You can type a quantity manually
You can enter any number directly into the quantity box. If the number you enter isn’t one of the allowed increments, the system will:
- Automatically round up to the next valid quantity
- Update the price instantly so you know the exact cost before adding the item to your cart
This makes it easy to confirm what quantities are available and how pricing changes as you adjust your order.
